The crowns and pinions are in contact with the abrasive suspension and can wear over time. They must therefore be replaced regularly.

All our crowns can be sectorized, to allow pre-loaded carriers to be slid in.

Reconditioning carriers are used on double-sided machines to restore the geometry of platens or of the polishing pads, ensuring perfect flatness and excellent parallelism.

• Cast-iron carriers can be smooth or grooved, and are used with honing plates.
• Pellet carriers can also be equipped with ceramic rings, and are used on polishing pads, mainly made of polyurethane.
• Brush satellites allow polishers to be cleaned after a day's production.

We offer devices for checking platens flatness and pressure, which can be used to anticipate any deviations or to carry out initial diagnostics in the event of a problem.
