Polyurethanes
Excellent durability and dimensional properties. Allows high removal rates while maintaining a perfect surface finish. Can be honeycombed or smooth.
Non-wovens
A wide range of materials for a variety of applications. They can be made of resins or agglomerated fibers. Generally used for preparation or softening stages.
Felt
The flexibility of these polishing pads makes it possible to achieve perfectly polished, high-gloss surfaces. Recommended for mirror polishing or CMP.
Woven fabrics
The weave ensures good retention of the abrasive suspension. These mats are used for semi-finishing and finishing.
Foams
Their exceptional flexibility enables the pad to adapt to complex shapes, or to generate a slight convexity. Recommended for cabochoning operations.
Abrasives
Abrasive particles are integrated directly into the pad, allowing work without the slurry. Recommended for preparation and roughing stages.
